Evaluation of Health Services Abroad for the General Health System

The Health Insurance Organization (OAY) is reviewing the services provided by foreign medical centers to beneficiaries of the General Health System. Simultaneously, questionnaires for patients and doctors are being prepared to evaluate the quality of care received. The aim is to improve service quality and enhance patient information regarding their diagnosis and treatment. The questionnaires will include specific criteria for assessing both the patient experience and the medical care. This process aims for ongoing monitoring and improvement of the provided services.
