Completion of Discussions on Teacher Appointment System

The dialogue on the teacher appointment system is nearing completion, although the educational organizations are not satisfied with the Minister's proposal. Minister Athina Michailidou plans to hold a public consultation on the bill, expected to be presented to Parliament in early December. The organizations stress their rejection of permanent appointments without exams, which is their red line. All educational organizations will meet again on Thursday to evaluate the situation.
