Challenges in Collecting Fines from Rental Vehicles

The Minister of Transport reported that out of 68,173 violations recorded for rental vehicles, only 3,428 have been paid. The main issue is the inability to identify drivers, as 41,114 cases remain unidentifiable. Additionally, there is no longer a separate categorization for rental vehicles. The Minister emphasized the difficulty in providing a reliable picture for rental vehicles. The information arose from a question from the opposition.
