Likud's Allegations of Foreign Interference in Israeli Elections
October 29, 2026
The Likud party accuses Turkey and Qatar of interfering in the Israeli elections, claiming that the two countries funded organizations that increased Arab voter turnout. However, there is currently no evidence to support these accusations. The head of the Central Election Committee has requested the security services to investigate the allegations within a week. Additionally, new arrests were announced related to alleged vote-buying for Ra'am. Authorities assured that every claim will be investigated impartially.
