ELAM Vice Presidency Elections and Preparations for the Presidential Elections
November 4, 2026
ELAM is set to hold elections for three vice presidency positions on November 28. Christos Christou was re-elected as president unopposed. After the internal elections, the Political Council will begin preparations for the presidential elections. Two main trends are prevalent: an independent candidacy or support for another candidate, such as Nikos Christodoulides. ELAM's position on the Cyprus issue appears to remain consistent.
