A major police operation led to 26 arrests and investigations at 27 locations, delivering a significant blow to organized crime in Cyprus. Assets worth over €750,000 were seized, and it was revealed that drugs were being imported and stored in Strovolos. Some of the arrested individuals were linked to the drug trafficking network, but not all were connected. The police are aware of the leader of the criminal organization, who remains at large.
